Tier1 Financial Solutions, a leading provider of client relationship management (“CRM”), compliance and fraud prevention solutions, has announced Manish Patel as the new Chief Operating Officer of its CRM business, responsible for revenue generation, product management, client engagement and technology operations.
Before assuming the role of COO, Manish held the position of Chief Product Officer with Tier1 for two years. In this previous role, Manish guided the CRM roadmap to launch a new packaged product model and accelerated delivery to address broader market demand. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Capital Markets sector both on the client and software provider side.

In January, Tier1 acquired Alessa, adding the industry-recognized software to its branded product suite. The solution is used by fintech firms, banks, credit unions, money services businesses (MSBs) and casinos for fraud detection and compliance purposes.
